k444 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

01 Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you and k444 regarding your use of the k444 platform, website and mobile application available at k444.plus. The platform offers online sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino and related entertainment services.

By completing the registration process and creating a k444 account, you confirm that you accept these Terms in their entirety. 02 Eligibility Requirements

03 Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the k444 platform. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If we identify multiple accounts registered to the same individual – whether through matching personal details, device fingerprint, payment method or any other identifier – all duplicate accounts may be closed and balances may be subject to review.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any payment-related information required for account setup. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

Any activity carried out through your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to k444 prior to that activity occurring. k444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on k444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, bank card payments and other approved mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Funds deposited into your k444 account are credited for use on the platform only. Account balances are not interest-bearing and do not constitute a banking or investment product of any kind.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 50 or as displayed in the Deposit section at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your account. Processing times vary by channel and are displayed in the Deposit section.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You may be asked to confirm your identity before your first withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on your account.
• k444 reserves the right to apply minimum withdrawal amounts. These are displayed in the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Funds deposited via a specific payment method must typically be withdrawn to the same method unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an approved alternative will be offered. This is a standard financial control measure to prevent misuse of the platform.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting activity on k444 – including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports – is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as displayed within the Bet and Betting sections of the platform. These sport-specific rules form part of these Terms.

General betting rules that apply across all sports and markets include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• k444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the defined void period or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated continuously. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times depend on the sport and event type.
• k444 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time for operational or risk management reasons.

For casino games and slots, each game title operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules, as provided by the game developer. k444 does not alter the base game mathematics of any third-party title in its library. The house edge and RTP information for each game is available within the game's information panel.

Live casino tables operate in real time with human dealers. Table limits are displayed before you join a table. Game outcomes on live tables are determined by physical processes (cards, roulette wheel) and are not influenced by k444's software systems beyond standard streaming and interface delivery.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

k444 offers bonuses, free spins and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published in the Promotions section at the time the offer is active. Those specific terms take precedence over general guidance in this section where there is any conflict.

The following general rules apply to all k444 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion details – for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you must place PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on your account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the wagering requirement.
• k444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before you have opted in to it. Once accepted and credited, the terms at the time of acceptance apply.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets across accounts, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation – will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game and expire after the period stated in the offer. Winnings from free spins are typically subject to a separate wagering requirement as detailed in the relevant promotion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k444 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balances or winnings may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, regardless of whether different personal details or devices are used.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds. Any bets placed under such circumstances may be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by a third party, including a minor.
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise extract data from the k444 platform in an unauthorised manner.

k444 employs a range of technical and manual monitoring processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where we identify suspicious activity, we reserve the right to place a temporary hold on an account pending investigation. We will communicate the reason for any such hold and the expected timeline for resolution where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

k444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be subject to review before release. Where closure is due to a player's own request and there is no outstanding compliance issue, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification checks.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting the k444 support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. During processing, access to betting and gaming features may be restricted.

11 Changes to These Terms

k444 may update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address or a platform notification.
